We love building long term relationships with our clients, and simply put, our greatest point of differences is that we purposely take on a small number of properties per manager. We have seen many situations where many agencies attribute well over 100 properties per property manager and the result is that each property manager does not have the time to manage each property properly and your asset is not maintained and even damaged in many cases, leading to huge additional costs.

At the moment, we are comfortable with under 60 properties per manager to properly service our clients.

What to Expect

We will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your property. This includes collecting rent, maintaining the property, resolving tenant issues, and finding new tenants. We also handle other administrative tasks, such as preparing leases and co-ordinating maintenance services.
